- 24/7 on-call coverage required during scheduled periods
- 28 - 35 patients per day across provider team
- Inpatient consultations with maternal transport experience required
- NST, ultrasound, and CDE patient mix
- 1 - 8 calls per shift during on-call periods
- Fetal echo reading expertise required
- Ongoing coverage opportunity
- Team-based protocol and guideline management
