A well-established community hospital in Southeast Idaho is seeking Pediatric Hospitalists to join a collaborative Pediatric Hospital Medicine team. This role provides a balanced 7 on/7 off schedule, opportunity for academic involvement, and a chance to make an impact in a regional referral center supporting a diverse patient population.

**Position Overview**

* Schedule: 7 on/7 off
* Daytime hospital rounds
* Call from home
* Facility: Regional referral hospital (205 beds)
* Setting: Pediatric Unit, Emergency Department consultations, surgical patient consultations
* Additional Opportunities:
* Development of a sedation program
* Collaboration with a sister program 30 minutes away
* Faculty appointment opportunity with the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine
* Facility Highlights
* Pediatric Unit: 6 beds
* Pediatric ICU: 2 beds
* NICU: 16-bed Level III
* Obstetrics: 1,200 deliveries/year, 14 mom-baby couplet care beds
* Trauma Designation: Level II Trauma Center

**Candidate Requirements**

* Board Certification: Pediatrics – Required
* Board Certification (Preferred): Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
* Licensure: Active Idaho medical license (or willing to obtain)
* DEA – Required prior to start (no exemptions)
* CSR/CDS – Required prior to start (no exemptions)
* Visa Support: Open to J1 visa candidates
