A well-established and collaborative 7-physician neonatal practice is seeking a Neonatologist to join a busy Level 3 NICU regional perinatal center in Pennington, New Jersey. This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding mix of clinical care, teaching if desired, and a strong work-life balance just minutes from Princeton and within easy reach of NYC and Philadelphia.

**Overview**

* Provide neonatal care in a 30-bed Level 3 NICU (average daily census: 17)
* Over 400 NICU admissions annually
* Schedule includes 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts
* Overnight call is taken in-house
* Weekend coverage is included in rotation
* Advanced services: HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, therapeutic cooling
* Teaching and mentoring of medical students, Family Medicine residents, and OB/GYN residents
* Approximately 4,000 annual deliveries in a regional perinatal center
* Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with OB and pediatric teams

**Candidate Requirements**

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency)
* Active NJ medical license or willingness to obtain
* Experience in neonatal care (please indicate years of experience)
* Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred
* DEA and CDS/CSR required before start (no exceptions)
* Must live locally or be willing to relocate (relocation assistance available)
