**Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine**
**Split between in-office and virtual (work-from-home)**
• Role: Primary Care Physician (Pediatric & Adult, or Adult only)
• Setting: Split between in-office and virtual (work-from-home)
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only – hybrid option available!
• Teaching: Optional, with potential for faculty appointment
• Call: Phone call only; averages ~2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months

• Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus
