Job Description

Wisconsin medical center is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join their established team. They offer onsite audiology, speech, and language pathology support. Enjoy competitive compensation and low cost of living in this riverfront community with outdoor recreation during all four seasons, excellent public and private schools, and a thriving arts and live music scene.

Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice. Well-established referral base. Collegial environment with OR team. Call coverage is 1:3. Clinic and hospital attached. Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. $150K retention incentive after 4 years. 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start. Some outreach required.
