**Geriatrics Opening in Grand Rapids, MI**
Seeking a full-time Geriatrics Physician to join a collaborative and mission-driven Geriatrics team. Deliver high-quality care across nursing facilities and an advanced home care program, while enjoying a flexible schedule and strong support for work-life balance.
* Provide comprehensive care for geriatric patients in eight local nursing facilities
* Support the Advanced Care Coordination Program (Thrive Program) in the home care setting
* Enjoy autonomy in scheduling and visit length tailored to the needs of a complex patient population
* Call shared among providers
* Teach medical students, residents, and fellows if desired
* Be part of a leadership team that actively supports clinical and personal balance

**Requirements**
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
* OR Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Geriatrics experience
* If Board Eligible, must obtain board certification within 2 years of becoming eligible.
* Experience working with geriatric patients – Required
* Michigan medical license (or in process) – Required
* DEA license (or willing to obtain) – Required
* BLS and ACLS certification (or willing to obtain) – Required
* Clean malpractice history – Preferred
