Non-Invasive Cardiologist — 7-on/7-off, Inpatient & Outpatient, Watertown NY

VitalSolution is seeking a Board-Certified General Cardiologist to join a physician-led team providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient cardiac care in Watertown, New York. This role offers a balanced clinical load, collaborative colleagues, and the chance to serve a vibrant community in the Thousand Islands region.

Position details

• Schedule: Full-time equivalent (26 weeks/year) on a 7-on/7-off block schedule; 1–3 year contract. Block scheduling provides predictable work periods and true time off.
• Clinical duties:
  • Outpatient cardiology clinic, Monday–Friday
  • Inpatient consults and morning rounds
  • Heart failure management
• Diagnostic and interpretation responsibilities:
  • Nuclear cardiology studies
  • Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
  • Supervision/interpretation of stress testing
  • PET interpretation preferred but not required
• Procedures: Cardioversion required; permanent pacemaker insertion preferred but not required
• Practice environment: Collaborative, supportive, patient-centered care with close partnership with advanced practice providers (APPs)

Requirements

• Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease (ABIM)
