Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team at a busy Level II Trauma Center. Our practice includes three attending neurosurgeons and three experienced advanced practice providers who provide comprehensive care for a wide range of neurosurgical conditions.


About Position:

  • Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and mid-level providers in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Participate in operative first assist, pre- and post-operative care, and emergency consults
  • Manage patients in the ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical units
  • Rotate through clinic and hospital-based responsibilities
  • Opportunity to assist with trauma call coverage and complex spine and cranial cases
  • Work in a collegial environment with strong physician support and mentorship
  • Full-time schedule with rotating hospital and clinic duties
  • Participation in call rotation shared among APP team

Qualified Candidates:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
  • Current PA-C certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Previous neurosurgery, surgery, or critical care experience preferred (new graduates with strong surgical interest will be considered)
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
