**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: In-House Shift Coverage
- Setting: Inpatient – Level IV NICU
- Dates: ASAP to Ongoing
- Location: Long Beach, CA
- Shift Options:
- Weekdays: 8a–4p, 3p–9a, or 24-hour combined
- Weekends: Fri 3p–Sat 9a | Sat 9a–Sun 9a | Sun 9a–Mon 9a
- Call: None
- Credentialing: Standard process with required prescreen questionnaire

**Clinical Details**
- Provide comprehensive management of Level IV NICU patients, including ventilator and advanced neonatal critical care.
- Perform or oversee complex neonatal procedures in collaboration with nursing and respiratory staff.
- Manage admissions, discharges, and daily rounds for critically ill newborns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning, ensuring continuity with perinatal and pediatric subspecialties.

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Neonatology
- Active California medical license
- Recent experience within the past 12 months
- Level IV NICU experience required
- Completed prescreen questionnaire (required for submission)

**Compensation**
