A leading healthcare organization in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its dynamic Hospitalist and Nocturnist team. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced 50/50 split between day and night shifts within an established, academic, and community-based hospital setting.

Position Highlights
• Full-time, employed position
• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour shifts
• Rotating schedule: 3 months days / 3 months nights
• Closed ICU – no procedures or call required
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with access to all subspecialties and labs

Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted Maryland medical license
• Current DEA, CDS, and ACLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Competitive base salary ($200K–$500K), commensurate with experience
