A full-time Gastroenterologist is needed to join a well-established and collaborative GI team in the lakeside community of Muskegon, Michigan. This role offers strong clinical support, excellent provider retention, and a positive team culture in a community-focused health system.

**Position Highlights**
-Work with a highly skilled support team, including RNs, LPNs, MAs, pharmacy professionals, and administrative staff
-Join a team consisting of 7 gastroenterologists and 6 advanced practice providers
-Family-oriented, supportive culture where teamwork is valued
-Exceptional provider satisfaction and retention
-Open to experienced Board Certified providers or truly Board Eligible providers
-Board Eligible physicians must become Board Certified within 2 years
-Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
-Not accepting locums candidates

**Compensation and Benefits**
-Competitive base salary based on experience and training
-$50,000 recruitment/starting bonus
