Job Summary:

TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a primary care advanced practitioner to join an established primary care group located in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board Certified NP or PA   
  • Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • Must have experience as an NP providing primary care to ages 5 and older
  • Ability to practice autonomously, experience with chronic disease management preferred
  • Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care
Practice Setting:
  • Established, well-managed practice
  • Join 2 established physicians and one PA in group
  • Schedule Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p
  • Outpatient only
