Join a Level III NICU in Richmond, VA, providing inpatient neonatology care in a 40-bed ICU. This permanent clinical position includes in-house 24-hour shift coverage with ongoing needs due to vacancy. You will work alongside onsite pediatric surgery and cardiology teams and coordinate with a nurse-led neonatal transport team for transfers and emergencies. The unit manages a complex case mix, including HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia. Responsibilities also include participation in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and collaborative clinical research.

Requirements:

• Active Virginia medical license or willingness to obtain
• Board certified or board eligible in Neonatology (if BE, within 5 years of residency)
• Board certified in Pediatrics
• Clean professional record preferred
• Visa support considered (J-1 or H-1B)
