Neonatologist – Flexible NV Role (Level III/II NICU, Generous Sign‑On + Relocation)

Join a collaborative neonatology team in Henderson, NV, covering two facilities with Level III and Level II NICUs. This permanent clinical role includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, flexible scheduling, and rotating weekend call. Coverage begins ASAP and is ongoing to fill a current vacancy.

Practice details:

• Facilities: Two sites (Facility 1: 22-bed Level III NICU; Facility 2: 6-bed Level II NICU)
• Patient volume: Facility 1 typically 22 patients; Facility 2 smaller/intimate setting with ~3 patients
• Responsibilities: Clinical care across both hospitals, participation in rotating weekend call
• Case mix and equipment: Management of complex neonatal cases including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Specialty support: On-site backup from pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (if BE, within 5 years of residency)
• Active Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain
• Clean professional record preferred
• Visa support considered for J‑1 or H‑1B candidates
