**Neonatologist Opening – Level III NICU (Richmond, Virginia)**
A compassionate **Board Certified / Board Eligible Neonatologist** is needed to join a highly collaborative, innovative NICU team in Richmond, Virginia. This state-of-the-art single-family room NICU provides 24/7 in-house Neonatologist coverage and is the largest delivery center in the region.
**About the Opportunity**
-Provide exceptional neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU
-24/7 in-house Neonatologist model ensures real-time support and collaboration
-Work in a single-family room NICU environment focused on family-centered care
-No newborn nursery coverage — NICU care only
-On-site pediatric surgery and pediatric cardiology support
-Coordinate with a nurse-led neonatal transport team
**Advanced Therapies & Clinical Resources**
-High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
-High-Frequency Jet Ventilation (HFJV)
-Inhaled nitric oxide
-Therapeutic hypothermia
**Team & Culture**
