Join a community-focused outpatient therapy team in Springfield, VT. This contract/travel assignment starts ASAP and offers $2,600 per 40-hour week. Schedule is days, 8-hour shifts, with no weekend requirements. Candidates must be flexible to provide inpatient PT coverage as needed.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years current PT experience (new graduates not eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Vermont PT license
• NPI number and updated CAQH profile
• BLS (AHA)
• Proven outpatient rehab experience; able to treat common outpatient diagnoses
• Willingness and ability to work inpatient PT as needed
• Prior travel assignment experience (minimum 3 months)
• Candidate must have reliable personal transportation (community has no public transit)

Preferred:

• CPSI EMR experience
• Experience supervising or collaborating with PTAs
