Requirements:
- 2 years CURRENT PT experience (New grads will not be considered for this need)
- Updated CAQH
- NPI
- Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed. Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Previous Rehab Experience
- Previous travel experience - At least 3 mos.
- CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred
- Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred
- This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
- Vermont license
- BLS (AHA)
