Core responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care to adult patients
• Manage ~15 patients per clinic day, including chemotherapy/infusion oversight and follow-up
• Document all encounters in Meditech and maintain accurate medical records
• Coordinate care with APPs and affiliate physicians for specialty backup
• Communicate with facility staff regarding coverage and patient-care needs
