- 24 hour call out of house
- 7 - 12 NICU patients daily census
- Level 3 nursery
- Ventilatory assistance including ETT CPAP required
- Central line placement required
- Exchange transfusion capability required
- Care for infants <32 weeks gestational age
- Care for infants <1600 grams birth weight
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
