• Monday through Friday with weekend rotation 1-2 weekends every 3 months
• 40 hour per week guarantee
• 5.5 points per day with varied point values for different visit types
• Home health setting with adult care
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
• Home health experience strongly preferred with 1 year minimum experience
• Training may be provided for experienced therapists depending on background

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
