We are seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care clinic serving an underserved senior population in St. Louis, Missouri. This opportunity allows physicians to practice value-based care with a strong focus on prevention, quality outcomes, and meaningful long-term patient relationships.

Position Summary

• Full-time, permanent Geriatric Medicine Physician position
• 100% outpatient primary care
• Monday"Friday schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no hospital call
• Small patient panel for continuity and improved outcomes
• Average 12"15 patients per day
• Dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe for support
