**Position Overview**
- Full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine opportunity in Quincy, Illinois
- Join an established pulmonology practice alongside two experienced physicians
- Combination of outpatient pulmonology, interventional procedures, and inpatient critical care coverage
- Practice within a large, locally governed nonprofit healthcare system
- Board Certified candidates preferred; recently trained Board Eligible physicians considered
- Competitive annual salary of $450,000–$550,000

**Practice Highlights**
- Join two experienced pulmonologists in an established practice
- Perform up to 100 interventional pulmonology cases annually, with opportunity to expand procedural volume
- Provide critical care coverage in a 16-bed ICU
- Outpatient pulmonology responsibilities
- Outreach clinic responsibilities a few days per month to support practice growth
- Practice at a 349-bed regional referral center
- Hospital designated as a Level II Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Center
- Established referral network serving more than 300,000 residents across Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa
- Healthcare system includes nearly 300 employed physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Collaborative environment with direct access to executive leadership
- Physician involvement in clinical and operational decision-making

**Qualifications**
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Completion of a Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship
- Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine preferred
- Recently trained Board Eligible physicians considered
- Illinois medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Interest and experience in interventional pulmonology procedures
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient pulmonary medicine and critical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and strong patient and staff satisfaction

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Annual salary range of $450,000–$550,000
