$450K $550K salary plus productivity bonus.
16-bed ICU with pulmonary and critical care responsibilities.
Up to 100 interventional cases annually initially, with growth potential.
Limited outreach a few days per month to help build your practice.
Generous sign-on bonus, up to $15K relocation, and loan repayment.
Six weeks PTO, one week CME, and $5K professional allowance.
