Join a fast-paced endoscopy team in Herrin, IL for a contract/travel RN role starting ASAP. This daytime position works a 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, 36 hours/week, with a pay rate of $2,686 per 36-hour shift block.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Experience in endoscopy, perioperative, or procedural nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
• BLS required; ACLS preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and the endoscopy suite for procedures
• Monitor and document patient vitals and status before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications, sedation, and prescribed interventions safely
• Provide clear education to patients and families about procedures, recovery, and post-procedure care
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team
