- BLS required; rehab-specific certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and rehabilitation progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions.
- Support rehab goals through patient education and coordinated care.
- Document patient status and collaborate with therapy and medical teams.
- Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
