Contract Physical Therapist — Home Health (Missoula, MT)

Join our contract travel team in Missoula, MT, providing home health physical therapy. This full-time, day-shift assignment (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) begins ASAP and offers $2,424 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Home health or outpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient education, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical function and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Adhere to home health policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
