Schedule: Mon–Fri, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM
Rate: Travel: $2,244/35 hrs; Local: $2,212/35 hrs

Requirements:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license
• Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (with AED)

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and review medical history to determine patient needs.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans with measurable rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Provide manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, stretching) to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Administer physical modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold) as indicated.
• Instruct and fit patients with assistive devices (crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs) and train for safe use.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Monitor, document, and adjust interventions based on patient progress toward goals.
• Develop and prescribe home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and consent documentation.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
