Join a 13-week contract in Nashua, NH (start ASAP) as a licensed Physical Therapist. Schedule: 08:00 AM–04:30 PM. Compensation: Travel Rate $2,004/40 hrs; Local Rate $1,972/40 hrs.

Required credentials

• Active Physical Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross, AED included)

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations: review medical history, assess function, and identify patient goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable rehabilitation objectives.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise prescription, manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue work, stretching), and modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold).
• Train patients in safe use of assistive devices (crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs) and deliver home exercise programs to support recovery and independence.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, prognosis, body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Monitor, document, and revise treatment based on patient progress; maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, nurses, OTs) to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Apply pain management strategies and facilitate post-surgical or post-injury functional restoration.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and culturally responsive care, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
