Job Description

St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting an OBGYN to join our established Women’s Health Clinic. Our nursing staff has 500 years of combined experience among 45 nurses, with no travelers. The hospital is a 145-bed general acute care hospital, and the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board‑certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey. 

About the position:

  • ~215 births a year
  • Average patients per day: ~20
  • Midwife or NP/PA support – and adding to staff
  • Nursing team is well-established and enjoys strong staff retention.
  • OB-GYN 50/50
  • Expanding to a third OB to achieve a 1:3 call schedule.
  • Seasoned staff OB to support new grad/early-in-career,
  • Designated OB provider committee with supportive leadership
  • Pediatric service 24h on call
  • Level II special care nursery and 24-7 anesthesiology
  • DaVinci robot 

Qualifications:

  • BE/BC in OBGYN
  • Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • New grads welcome
