• M-F 8am - 4:30pm; holidays upon request if available
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• 25% inpatient acute, 9-11 patients per day average for IP
• 75% outpatient, roughly 11-13 patients per day in OP
• 3-5 new evaluations per day
• General debility, stroke, post op, back and neck pain
• Prefer at least one year experience in both IP and OP

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
