**Assignment Details**
- Dates needed Dec 22–28 and 31 Jan 1–5 and 11–19 Feb 1–2 12–18 22–23
- Shifts 24-hour coverage 7a–7a rounding with call from home or hotel
- Coverage type Per diem ongoing as needed
- Call required
- Weekend coverage

**Clinical Details**
- Level II NICU and newborn nursery coverage
- Gestational age 30 weeks and above birth weight over 1250g
- Multidisciplinary NICU team including pediatrics nursing RT and nutrition
- Family-centered neonatal care environment

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Neonatology required
- Active Texas license required
- Clinically active within the past year
- Minimum 6 months neonatal experience
- Clean malpractice and background required
- Prescreen questionnaire required
- CV in MM/YYYY format with gaps explained

**Compensation**
