Seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine doctor to join group that started in 1999. The founding physicians are still employed there. Stable group with lots of support!

- Work an average of twelve, 12hr shifts per month.
- Fair mix of shifts 7a - 7p, Noon-Midnight and 7p - 7a
- 30 bed ED with an avg of 100 visits per day
- Level III trauma center
- Excellent mix of pathology and plenty of interesting cases!
- Excellent work-life balance with a fair approach to scheduling and time off planning!

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new grads
- A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Someone who takes ownership of their practice and contributes to the team’s growth
- Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line.
- Medical Directorship available... very turnkey position to step into if you want to work fewer shifts and bring your administrative experience to our health system!

Compensation:

- $525k+ earning potential ($295/hr) and $75k+ commencement bonus with high earning potential from day one.

Regional Airport with Daily flights to O'Hare in Chicago and Lambert International in St. Louis. Just over an hours drive to two other smaller international airports. Daily Amtrak service to Chicago.
