Psychiatrist - Medical Director
Location: Missouri, hybrid role
Setting: Outpatient
Part-Time
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a full time adult Hybrid Psychiatrist to join our Outpatient hospital team in Missouri. This part-time, hybrid role involves Medical Director functions, including leading committee meetings and answering administrative questions for a hospital treating adult patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Medical Director functions - chair committee meetings, be available for any questions about a policy, or other administrative questions that might come up; be available for any state or accreditation audits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff and a Medical Staff Coordinator, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Part-time, approximately 5 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Board Certified, or eligible, Psychiatrist.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Missouri or the ability to obtain one.
- Active DEA registration in Missouri or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
