Responsibilities
Pediatrix is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient pediatric and newborn care team at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, MI . This role provides comprehensive care across two locations, offering a balanced mix of newborn services, pediatric support, and clinical collaboration.Clinical Responsibilities Include:
- Rotation across two locations, providing coverage in both settings.
- Location 1:
- Morning newborn rounding only
- No out-of-house call
- Location 2:
- 24-hour in-house shifts
- Coverage includes newborn care, Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN), and pediatric ER consultations as needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program
- Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
