• 5x8 days or 4x10 shift options with 8am start
• Mostly general weakness, back pain, orthopedic knees
• Home health setting
• PTA support for routine visits
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• PT handles admits, evals, reassessments, discharges
• Call required 1 Sunday per 5 weeks
• Weekend coverage every 5th week

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
