• Open to 5x8 or 4x10 schedule with weekend rotation every 5th week
• Mostly general weakness, back pain, and orthopedic knee patients
• Home health setting
• PTA support for routine visits
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• PT handles admits, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
