• Shift: 5x8 Days; 0800-1630
• 1 Sunday call per 5 weeks
• Every 5th weekend work Saturday and Sunday
• Home health setting
• Physical therapy assistants available for routine visits
• General weakness, back pain, orthopedic knees
• PT handles admits, evals, reassessments, discharges
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
