Job Summary:

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a general surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with first assist interests or experience to assist a busy, employed general surgeon in southeast Houston, TX. This is an OR heavy position. Position is open to new grad APPs interested in general surgery.

 

Qualified Candidates:

·        The surgeon will train a new grad or will welcome a PA or NP with experience
·        Certification as a PA or NP
·        Ability to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license
·        New grad Advanced Practice Providers will be considered - but must have strong general surgery experience or passion for general surgery.
·        The incoming APP would need to perform inpatient rounding and help in the OR.

·        Participate in the call rotation.
