We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Eagleville, PA. This position starts ASAP and follows an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. If you enjoy working collaboratively with patients and a rehab team, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for

  • A valid Physical Therapy license for the practicing state or proof of eligibility.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of PT experience.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

What you’ll do

  • Provide hands-on patient care: screen, examine, and evaluate patients; establish diagnoses and impairments; set treatment goals; and document treatment plans and progress.
  • Deliver a full range of therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise (aerobic, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility), functional training, manual therapy, airway clearance, integumentary repair, electrotherapeutic and mechanical modalities, and health and wellness education.
  • Manage chronic disease interventions, fall risk assessment and intervention, and case management.
  • Select and adapt activities to match patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and teach mobility skills while tracking progress.
  • Perform routine reexaminations and update or progress treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct home and community mobility assessments and recommend safety measures.
  • Collaborate closely with the rehabilitation team to choose appropriate therapeutic regimens and refer patients to other disciplines or agencies when needed.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff in accordance with state licensure and professional standards.
  • Maintain departmental schedules, complete timely clinical and billing documentation, and participate in patient care and staffing conferences and work-related meetings.
  • Order, clean, maintain, and report equipment needs and repairs; promote a safe environment and address fire and safety hazards.
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality service to patients and their families.

Other responsibilities

  • Integrate health and wellness programming into patient care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
