Schedule: Daily schedule Sun–Sat, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM
Rate: Travel $2,648/40 hrs; Local $2,608/40 hrs

Required credentials:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (with AED)

Core responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and review medical histories
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to determine patient needs
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans with measurable rehabilitation goals
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination
• Deliver hands-on interventions (joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, manual stretching) to improve mobility and relieve pain
• Apply therapeutic modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold) as indicated
• Instruct patients in safe use of assistive devices (crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs)
• Create and educate patients/families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and ergonomics
• Implement pain management strategies using therapeutic exercise, modalities, and manual techniques
• Support patients in regaining independence after surgery, injury, or illness
• Monitor, reassess, and document patient progress; modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records (assessments, treatments, progress notes, status changes)
• Adhere to legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards; obtain informed consent
• Provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
