We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join a hospice/home health contract in Lancaster, New Hampshire. This is a travel/contract role starting ASAP, with a day-shift schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8-hour days) and no weekend requirements. Compensation is $2,600 per 40-hour week.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years of recent home health Physical Therapy experience
- Experience across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)
- Home health and/or hospice clinical experience, including OASIS familiarity
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred
- Active New Hampshire license (Compact licenses accepted)
- Current American Heart Association BLS
