Position summary:
Provide physical therapy (rehabilitation) services in an outpatient/inpatient setting in Peterborough, NH. Deliver patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
Required qualifications:
- Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s or higher)
- Licensure: Licensed in the State of New Hampshire (Compact license accepted)
- Experience: 1–2 years of clinical PT experience strongly preferred
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) — American Heart Association (AHA)
- Other: Must meet state practice requirements for Physical Therapy in New Hampshire
