Contract Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – Days, West Branch MI (Travel)

We’re seeking a motivated outpatient physical therapist to join a contract/travel assignment in West Branch, MI, starting ASAP. This is a day-shift role with Sunday coverage required, offering $2,484 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse caseload.
• Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Documenting patient progress and communicating with referring providers as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license (LARA must show active MI license).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Previous PT experience in an outpatient setting.
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the assignment location; local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered.
