Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hrs/wk
Weekend requirement: None
Rate: $2,600/40 hours
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy; graduate of an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years current PT experience
- Active Vermont PT license
- New Hampshire PT license or participation in the PT compact
- Active American Heart Association BLS (AHA)
- NPI number
- Updated CAQH profile to be provided after start
- Must have own vehicle (small community, no public transport)
- Traveler permanent address on file
Clinical/skill requirements:
- Able to assess and treat typical outpatient PT diagnoses
- Flexible to provide inpatient PT coverage as needed
- Previous rehab experience required
- Experience working with PTAs preferred
- CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
- Previous travel assignment experience strongly preferred
