Job Summary:

Parkridge Health System is seeking an Internal Medicine Residency Program Director in the spring of 2026 in preparation for our new program to start in 2027.

Qualified Candidates:

Must be ABIM board certified in internal medicine
Must have or be able to obtain a Tennessee medical license
Must have a minimum of 3 years of GME experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
Must have strong administrative and team building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Part-time GME (.5) and part-time clinical (.5)
Majority of the day M-F at the facility’s GME Admin offices working with residents, faculty, and other GME personnel
Clinical time can be outpatient clinic or hospital medicine
