The Clinical Chair, Women's Health is responsible for serving as a clinical leader for our outpatient and inpatient areas. This role will work closely and collaborate with operational leadership and the Physician VP of Surgical Care. 

Highlights of this leadership position are:

• Oversight of women's health services. 
• Foster collaboration and teamwork between the outpatient obstetrics and gynecology clinic and the inpatient laborist team.
• Participate in process and practice improvements.

About the Position:

• Generous Sign-on & Relocation Stipend of $100k!

• Hospital employed position.
• Attractive compensation package - base salary + wRVU productivity compensation + annual quality incentive (additional 5% of base salary).

      Requirements:

1. MD or DO.
2. Must be an American Board Certified or Board-eligible OB/GYN physician.
3. Licensed in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain.
4. 3–5 years demonstrated experience in leadership.
