Job Description

Asheville, NC hospital is seeking a Geriatrics physician to join their PACE program. This is an independent role, and candidates must have experience treating complex geriatric, internal medicine, and mental health patients. Schedule is M-F 8 am to 5 pm with on-call coverage.
You will work alongside Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers in a supportive environment dedicated to quality of life.
Provide primary care for PACE participants including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning and oversight.
