We are seeking a Locums Geriatric Physician to provide coverage at a Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility in Middlebury, Vermont. Compensation: $140 Per Hour
Position Details
- Setting: Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation Facility
- Facility Size: 98-bed nursing and rehab facility
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
- Patient Volume: 8–12 patients per day
- Call: None
- Procedures: None required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting
- Conduct daily patient evaluations and ongoing management of chronic and acute conditions
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with facility protocols
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain
