**Full-Time Dermatologist**
**Location: Abilene, TX**
• Full-time, employed position with opportunity to provide comprehensive dermatology care

Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed annual salary: at least $488,417 (first year) + incentive program
• $45,000 sign-on bonus, including relocation
• Potential student loan repayment
• Potential monthly training stipend (up to 24 months)
• Full benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Retirement
• 30 days PTO and 18 weeks sick leave
• Texas license fee reimbursement: $2,000
• Malpractice coverage starting day one, including tail coverage ($1M/$3M limits)
• $5,000 CME allowance + five paid CME days
• Marketing support to promote practice in the community
