**Location: Abilene, TX**
• Full-time, employed position with supportive surgical team
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive colorectal care, including elective and complex cases
• Balanced schedule with professional growth opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed annual salary: $432,199 (first 18 months) + incentive program
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation and house-hunting assistance up to $20,000
• Potential student loan repayment
• Potential monthly training stipend (up to 24 months)
• Full benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, LTD, STD, Retirement
• 30 days PTO and 18 weeks sick leave
• Texas license fee reimbursement: $2,000
• Malpractice coverage with tail included ($1M/$3M limits)
